How to flush toilet in airplane?

Saw this sign in the toilet of an emirates flight and made me wonder how complicated flushing could be for them to give so many instructions in so many languages. Can somebody translate the stuff in red?

My Bike

This is my Planet X bike. Its about 1 year old and its full carbon. Have used it for 2 sprint races and it has served me well. The frame can be configured to be either a roady or a tri-bike. But currently, I think its neither here nor there. I think I'm gonna refit it into a tri-bike and maybe change the cockpit and wheels.
